Dual Port Septic Air Pumps

linear air pump
HIBLOW manufactures Dual Port septic air pumps designed for aerobic treatment unit manufacturers.  The Dual port includes a timer that prompts the switch in air flow from the “MAIN” outlet port – used to aerate the main aeration chamber – to the second “SKIM” or “Backwash" port used for a secondary operation. Commonly, this secondary operation acts as an airlift or suction pump to move effluent, sludge, or scum from one section of the tank to another. Only one outlet port can operate at a time, both outlets cannot operate simultaneously.

HIBLOW manufactures two models: the DUO Series (DUO-50, DUO-60, DUO-80) and the Dual Series (HP-50W, HP-60W, HP-80W).  When purchasing a replacement air pump, it is critical for the timer settings to match that of your manufacturer’s system.

Working with your local aerobic treatment service provider with knowledge of your system or contacting the OEM directly is essential to ensure your system has the correct timer settings and operates as it is designed.

HIBLOW Provides Linear Air Pumps for Residential and Commercial Wastewater Systems

In many onsite treatment systems, the air pump is the only moving part in the overall septic system, so it must be dependable. Working 24 hours a day and through all four seasons of the year — HIBLOW linear air pumps set the industry standard for reliability and service life. Additionally, most Aerobic Treatment Unit (ATU) manufacturers supply HIBLOW linear air pumps with their onsite wastewater treatment systems.

We design, engineer, and manufacture all HIBLOW linear air pumps in our own facilities. We don’t buy pumps from other companies and re-brand them, and we don’t use contract manufacturers. Every HIBLOW linear air pump is fully tested and certified for quality in your application before it is packaged and shipped to you from one of our factories.
